The office is located inside the Access to Health building, on the west side of South Taft Hill Road, between West Drake Road and West Horsetooth Road. Moffett Drive is just north of Access to Health. Please park behind the building. The door is at the top of the ramp/stairs.

Driving Directions:

From the north:

Take Taft Hill Road south past Drake Road. Just past Moffett Drive, turn right into the driveway of Access to Health and park behind the building.

From the south:

Take Taft Hill Road north, past Horsetooth Road, to Moffett Drive. Turn left onto Moffett Drive and then immediately take a left into the access driveway to the construction company and Access to Health. At the Access to Health building, turn right and park behind the building.

From I-25 south:

Take the Harmony Road exit and go west on Harmony Road. At Taft Hill Road, turn right. Take Taft Hill Road north, past Horsetooth Road, to Moffett Drive. Turn left onto Moffett Drive and then immediately take a left into the access driveway to the construction company and Access to Health. At the Access to Health building, turn right and park behind the building.

From I-25 north:

Take the Prospect Road exit and go west on Prospect Road. At Taft Hill Road, turn left. Take Taft Hill Road south past Drake Road. Just past Moffett Drive, turn right into the driveway of Access to Health and park behind the building.
